By downloading or using MoMudra ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
MoMudra is a personal finance tracking tool. Its numbers, insights, and AI-generated content are based on the data you enter and are provided for informational purposes only. MoMudra is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always verify important figures yourself before making financial decisions.
AI features (logging assistance, insights, stories, answers) may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything the AI logs or reports before relying on it.
Your data is stored on your device (and optionally your private iCloud). What leaves your device when you use AI features is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device and iCloud account secure, and for exporting (Profile → Export CSV) anything you want to keep before deleting the app.
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated means to overload the app's AI or backend services. We may apply fair-use limits to keep the service available for everyone.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial decisions made based on information shown in the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. This does not take away any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence — those continue to apply.
